Lewicki Estimating Services, Inc. specializes
in working with owners, architects, developers, and builders
to establish project budgets, scope of work, outline specifications,
and project schedules. Value engineering analysis is stressed
during the early phase of design. Follow-up estimates
are prepared at schematic design phase, design development
phase, and working drawing phase. Periodic review and
comment is offered from a constructability, completeness,
and potential change order aspect. Coordination between
specifications and drawings is also provided. In
addition to architects and owners, the firm also provides
competitive bid estimating services to developers/builders
and general contractors, resulting in ongoing relationships
with suppliers and subcontractors for current pricing
and market trends. |
