EJ Codd is a mixed-use redevelopment and
historic restoration. With 3,128 square feet of office
space and 37,000 square feet of retail, the project
includes Pazo, a new 11,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style
restaurant; Gaines McHale, a 17,000-square-foot furniture
showroom; and Spa Sante, a 9,000-square-foot deluxe
spa and salon.

Foundry on Fort

This historic building was constructed
between 1864 and 1950. The 65,000-square-foot facility
is an adaptive reuse project with a mixed-use commercial
development with convenient access to Interstate 95
and downtown Baltimore.

revitalized waterfront, is a $19 million renovation
following Smart Growth guidelines by transforming a
vacant factory into a vibrant retail and office center.

Tide Point is a $63 million redevelopment
of this premier waterfront property in Locust Point.
The former Procter & Gamble soap facility, built in
1929, was converted to a 400,000-square-foot corporate
office campus on a 15-acre site. It is home to the corporate
headquarters of Under Armour performance sports clothing
company.
